Basic copy-edit. ($00.025 per word with a $50.00 minimum) - consultation is 15 minutes with a ten minute buffer - total cost is based on word count at $00.025 per word). Review text, correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Read entire manuscript and check for consistency, redundancy, flow, transition, and proper use of words. Ensure proper tense and tone are maintained throughout the book. Provide suggestions or copy-writing to smoothly transition from one thought to the next. May fact check statistics and sources within the book for accuracy for an extra fee. Eliminate confusion, provide clarity, and make sure author doesn’t lose reader interest. Maintain author’s style and tone. Polish manuscript and improve final copy. ** Authors who are represented have a contract with terms and conditions under our traditional "Indie" publisher platform and are not necessarily subject to these rates - please review your literary agreement and/or ask the publisher if you are considering services you are not certain are contained in our agreement for the representation of your work.
